Reflection

When beginning Athabasca’s Master of Nursing program in September of 2018, I wasn’t certain where it would lead me. I’ve come to realize that it isn’t the destination that’s as important as the journey itself. Each course I’ve taken so far has been challenging and demanding, but also educational and enriching. Each has developed me both professionally and personally. Each has taught me a plethora of new subject matter and helped me to communicate more effectively. Finally, each has broadened my outlooks on life, opened my mind to the opinions of others and helped me to listen carefully and be respectful.
